Operation Estates cover the following areas:
- Engineering and building maintenance
- Grounds and garden maintenance
- Safety checks
- Medical electronics maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Pest control
- Medical device management and maintenance and dissemination of MDA safety notices
All routine fault requests should be dealt within 2 days (for items such as lamp replacements).
1 week should be allowed for requests which involve ordering materials and organizing labour availability.
Routine requests are via the helpdesk on 2882.
Non routine requests are available via the Estate Managers.
