The Quality and Integrated Governance Department

The Quality Department has offices on the St Peter’s site, and includes: We have very close working relationships with Customer Affairs (Complaints, Litigation and PALs), Practice Development and Research & Development.

We also work closely with the Non Clinical Risk Manager, Health & Safety Adviser and Training Department who all play a vital role in taking forward quality and risk management in the organization.
